1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal corporate authority to bind the entity you represent. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our websites, platforms, and hardware units.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary code, custom microcode/firmware, circuit schematics, interface designs, trade names, logos, and digital architectures engineered by Apimor Digital remain the exclusive intellectual property of Apimor Digital.

• Software & Cloud Services: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our applications (such as Invitely) according to your active tier or service agreement. Reverse engineering or decompiling source code is strictly prohibited.
• Hardware & Firmware: Embedded controllers, firmware binary payloads, and hardware components supplied by Apimor Digital (e.g., HiveTrace telemetry units, Water Vending controllers) are protected. Tampering with or flashing unauthorized firmware without prior written approval voids all system warranties.

3. Digital Platforms & User Accounts

When creating an account on any Apimor Digital platform, you are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping your authentication credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches associated with your account.

4. Hardware Products & Telemetry Operations

For deployed hardware systems (including HiveTrace multi-hive networks and Water Vending units):

• Operating Environment: Clients are responsible for ensuring deployed field hardware receives correct power isolation, physical mounting, and environmental protection as specified in technical guides.
• Telemetry Data: Remote sensor metrics transmitted via cellular or wireless gateways are utilized to provide continuous operational uptime and performance monitoring. We are not liable for telemetry gaps caused by third-party telecom carrier network outages.

5. Commercial Procurement & Machinery Sales

All wholesale quotes for apiary harvesting machinery, processing units, and specialized hardware equipment are subject to final invoice terms. Title to physical hardware passes to the buyer upon receipt of full payment, while underlying software/firmware intellectual property remains under license from Apimor Digital.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apimor Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, telemetry data corruption, field crop/hive yield variations, or equipment downtime—resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Apimor Digital products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our systems following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
