  • Process transactions for our digital products and agro/machinery wholesale inventory.

Most notably, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, or request the **complete erasure** of your personal records from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion:

If you have an account on our platforms (such as Invitely) or have shared information with us, you can initiate a permanent data deletion request at any time using one of the following methods:

  • By Email: Send an email to contact@apimordigital.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please send the request from the email address associated with the account you want deleted.

*Note: Once verified, we will securely purge your data from our active user databases within 30 days. We only retain minimal data where required by law (such as transaction history for corporate tax reporting).

We do not sell, trade, or rent out your personal identification metrics to third parties. We may employ trusted external cloud vendors (like email routing or database engines) strictly to execute operational tasks, subject to stringent confidentiality mandates.
